Product Care:

Although the suede is treated to add protection against water, this material looks and ‘performs’ like any other premium suede. It is a natural, very malleable material so you can use your hands or a suede brush to smooth out marks and patterns that develop or of course leave them if you prefer this appearance. Having tested this material for a few years now we find allowing the bag to develop its own unique character and patina, using a brush only when it needs a clean is the best approach.

We only use solid brass hardware, which will develop a more golden, understated look through regular use. If you want to clean it or prefer a shiny appearance, please use a good quality brass polish, (taking care not to apply any to the canvas or leather as this can cause discoloration).

We appreciate the irony of keeping a bag inside another bag. We would however strongly advise storing your product in the dust bag provided when not in use; you’ll thank yourself next time you hit the road with a pristine carry.

The Weekender, the first bag we ever made, is back with the touch of suede. With 42 litres of capacity, a fully padded laptop sleeve and two separate shoe compartments, we’ve handmade this weekend bag in England from waterproof brown Italian suede. Soft in hand, but hard wearing as any piece of leather, our suede is a juxtaposition of luxury and performance and made to go the distance.
