Benefits & Guarantees

Free Shipping
UPS Ground Shipping is free for all orders shipped anywhere in the continental United States. Allow 3-10 business days for receipt within the United States. Free shipping does not apply to shipments outside of the United States. Free shipping does not apply to returns.

No Sales Tax
No sales tax on all orders shipped within the United States, excluding orders shipped to Texas. Orders shipped to Texas will incur sales tax of 8.25%.

International orders are not charged sales tax at the time of purchase, but may incur taxes and duties in the customs process of the destination country. You will be responsible for paying any taxes and duties incurred in the delivery of international orders.

Payment Methods We Accept
NortonDitto.com customers may make purchases using major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, and also Paypal. Simply add products to your shopping cart, click on Checkout, and fill in your credit card information to complete your order. Paypal customers will be redirected to our secure Paypal account page where you can log into your Paypal account to complete your order. Credit cards will be charged just prior to order's shipping. For answers to questions regarding credit card security please see 'Online Security'.

Changing or Cancelling an Order
To change or cancel your order prior to it being shipped, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible after placing your order.




Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Options
NortonDitto.com ships via UPS. You will be able to see your shipping charges and select your shipping method during checkout.

For information on international shipping methods see the section below entitled 'International Shipping'.

Delivery Times
Allow 3-10 business days for receipt within the United States when you order with UPS Standard Ground Service. All other available UPS shipping methods in your area guarantee the delivery time (Overnight, 2nd Day, 3-Day).

As a general rule, processing time plus shipping time equals total delivery time. Processing time typically ranges from 24 to 48 hours (customized items excluded). Processing time includes receiving your order and packing the item for shipping. After processing is complete and shipping begins, shipping time is the UPS transit time from our warehouse(s) to your shipping address.


International Shipping
HaroldintheHeights.com offers two ways to place your international order:

Paypal
To place an international order by Paypal you simply need a registered Paypal account with a confirmed address.

To place your order, contact us at shop@nortonditto.com and let us know what items you would like to order and where you need them shipped. We will confirm the most affordable shipping option for you, and send you a Paypal invoice which lists your order details and total, you can pay this invoice through your Paypal account. Once payment is received your order will ship promptly. After your order ships you will receive a tracking number to track your order progress.


Please note that Paypal does not allow all international addresses to be "confirmed", so please check with Paypal to make sure the country you are ordering from is allowed to have "confirmed addresses". If you cannot confirm your Paypal address, you will need to place your order using one of the other available international ordering options.

International Checkout
NortonDitto.com has partnered with a trusted third-party order fulfillment company, International Checkout ( http://www.internationalcheckout.com), to fulfill orders for our valued international customers. International orders placed through International Checkout can be made using international credit cards, Paypal, or bank wire transfers.

International Checkout will process your payment and guarantee delivery of your NortonDitto.com merchandise.

The order process is simple:
1. Add products you want to buy to your Shopping Bag

2. When you're ready to checkout, from the Shopping Bag page, click "International Checkout"

3. Proceed through the International Checkout steps and finalize your order.

Order Tracking - Domestic Orders
When your order ships you will receive an automated email that contains your UPS tracking number, which can be used to track the progress of your package in-transit. This tracking number allows you 24 hour access to the status of your order. Visit UPS Online Tracking Page to track the shipment.

You can also access your order status and order history by logging into your account. When you place your order you will receive an account activation email which will allow you to access your order information and track order status. Click on the link within that email to activate your account, and access all your orders through your account page. When an order ships a tracking number will be visible on the order information screen.

Order Tracking - International Orders
For international orders placed through Paypal, you will receive a UPS tracking number by email that you can use to track the status of your order.

For international orders placed through International Checkout, please login to your International Checkout account at www.internationalcheckout.com, or contact their customer service department in your country. You can find a listing of their customer service contact numbers, by country, at https://www.internationalcheckout.com/contact.php.





Return/Exchange Policy

If you are not happy with your order, we are happy to accept a return or exchange. You may return or exchange an item within 15 days after receipt of your order.

All returns/exchanges must be returned to NortonDitto.com in their original condition, in original packaging, including all inserts, tags, and special sleeves or dust covers included with your purchase. NortonDitto.com does not guarantee wear or tear or any damage unrelated to the manufacturer. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.

Prior to sending back your return, you must contact us in order to obtain a Return Authorization Number and specific return instructions. The Return Authorization Number must be written on the outside of your package. Any returns/exchanges not marked with a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted

International returns/exchanges for orders placed through International Checkout, must be processed through International Checkout. For questions regarding international returns through International Checkout, you may contact International Checkout at the customer service number corresponding to your country, which can be found at https://www.internationalcheckout.com/contact.php.

Please note that some sales items may not be eligible for return or exchange. If a sales item is not eligible for return or exchange, this will be notated on the product page of the sales item. Customized items will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Our Privacy Statement
We neither sell nor share your information with outside companies or third parties. When you purchase from our store, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information. You provide this information so we can process and ship your order. We respect your privacy by not selling or sharing this information. We encourage you to sign-up for our e-mailing list. These letters provide you with advanced notice of store sales, new merchandise, and other store-related events. But, of course, you have the freedom to add or remove your name from our list at any time.
